陈轩，博士、教授、博士生导师，湖北省百人计划专家，民建湖北省委委员，民建湖北省委农业与农村委员会主任。从事农业经济学、水产经济学与环境经济学的教学与研究。2013年于美国北卡罗莱纳州立大学获得农业经济学博士学位。毕业后先后在美国缅因大学与埃默里大学担任助理教授。2019年作为海外高层次人才被华中农业大学引进。研究主要专注于农林经济管理领域，在《American Journal of Agricultural Economics》、《Canadian Journal of Agricultural Economics》等国际农业经济学期刊先后发表文章十余篇。
