2、个人简介
在研究生至博士后期间,主要从事水稻穗型与粒形基因克隆及其调控机理研究。成功克隆了水稻穗型与产量基因FZP,并研究发现:上游沉默子“CNV-18bp”通过调控FZP的表达参与调控水稻穗型,并能使水稻单株产量增加15%以上;该“沉默子”的自然变异来自于水稻Aus亚种,并未被应用于现有水稻主栽品种中,因此,该自然变异产生的优异等位基因具有重要的增产应用价值;上述研究结果已发表在Nature Plants上,并被澎湃网、央视网、新浪网等国内外40多家网站媒体转载报道。
目前,基于“双水双绿”理念,在“稻虾共作”研究背景下,课题组开展克氏原螯虾(小龙虾)养殖与遗传育种研究,欢迎对稻虾有兴趣的有志之士加入团队,共同开拓创新,做大做强“双水双绿”产业!
